Teaching and Learning with Monarch Butterflies Workshop Each summer, volunteers from the Monarch Teacher Network Canada offer workshops to all interested educators. It is a combination of classroom and field experiences. The workshop will take place over 2 days, from 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. Participants learn:
The goal is to provide teachers with the knowledge, experience, materials and confidence to raise monarchs in their classroom in September and produce an outstanding learning experience for students.

Cost for the two-day workshop is $70.00. Payment can be made by Paypal (preferred) or by cheque. Cheques are to be made out to Monarch Teacher Network - Canada and mailed to 19 Cartwright St., Kingston, ON K7M 1P3. Payment must be received within 2 weeks of registration to confirm your spot. Please note: Refunds are only available before July 1st, 2009.
